Eligibility Criteria

1. MDP Program Requirements

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (local or international).

  • English proficiency:

    • IELTS ≥ 6.5 (6.5 in Writing/Reading)

    • Duolingo ≥ 115 (Literacy sub-score ≥ 115)     

    • Background in math, statistics, or economics (preferred).

    • Must complete a 50-credit, 2-year program + 10-week summer field experience.

2. Scholarship-Specific Eligibility

  • Egyptian nationals residing in Egypt (dual citizens not prioritized).

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in development-related fields.

  • Financial need: Applicants must demonstrate inability to self-fund studies.

  • Post-graduation commitment: Work in Egypt’s development sector for 2 consecutive years.

  • Strong record of academic excellence, leadership, and community service.
