Eligibility Criteria
First-class or equivalent undergraduate degree (GPA equivalent ~3.7/4.0 or higher)
Typically be between 18–28 years of age (varies by country). Some constituencies accept applicants up to 28 years if they’ve completed undergraduate studies later
Demonstrate leadership and service through impactful contributions in community, politics, or research
Meet Oxford University’s English language proficiency requirements (IELTS/TOEFL may be required)
Fulfill any additional country-specific eligibility criteria set by their constituency
Restrictions:
Cannot apply if already holding a degree from Oxford (unless for a higher program)
