Note: This scholarship does not cover expenses for dependents.

      • First-class or equivalent undergraduate degree (GPA equivalent ~3.7/4.0 or higher)

      • Typically be between 18–28 years of age (varies by country). Some constituencies accept applicants up to 28 years if they’ve completed undergraduate studies later

      • Demonstrate leadership and service through impactful contributions in community, politics, or research

      • Meet Oxford University’s English language proficiency requirements (IELTS/TOEFL may be required)
