Eligibility Criteria
- Be recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduates (class of 2024–2025)
- Possess a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0, 3.2/4.0, or 60/100
- Demonstrate English proficiency (IELTS ≥6.5 Academic or TOEFL iBT ≥79)
- Have less than 1 year of work experience
- Commit to the full 12-month program in Saudi Arabia
