Participating Institutions

Eligibility Criteria
Hold a Bachelor’s degree (usually a four-year course) in a relevant field
- Achieved above-average academic results (top third of class)
- Possess at least two years of relevant professional experience after obtaining the Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrate proficiency in the language of instruction (English or German), depending on the chosen program. For English-taught programs, a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent is typically required.
Motivation aligned with development goals and a commitment to applying the acquired knowledge in their home country.
- Have not resided in Germany for more than 15 months at the time of application.
- The latest academic degree should not be older than 6 years

Scholarship Coverage
Monthly Stipend:
€992 for Master’s and other postgraduate courses
€1,300 for doctoral candidates
- Preparatory German language course
Payments towards health, accident, and personal liability insurance
Travel allowance
Monthly rent subsidy (if applicable)
Monthly allowance for accompanying family members (if applicable)
Note: Tuition fees are generally waived for scholarship holders, but there may be registration or enrollment fees you have to pay.

A Curriculum Vitae (CV) in Europass format
A Letter of Motivation clearly outlining the applicant’s motivation and alignment with the program’s objectives
