Eligibility Criteria
Be Pakistani or AJK nationals (no dual citizenship)
Educational qualifications:
For Undergraduate: 12 years of education, age ≤ 23
For Master’s: 16 years
For PhD: 18 years relevant education
Hold applicable test scores (HAT for Master/PhD, USAT for Bachelor’s)
Not holding any other scholarship concurrently
French language refresher course required for fields taught in French (Alliance Française certificate)
For professional degrees (Medicine, Engineering, Law, etc.), accreditation by appropriate Pakistani councils (e.g. PMC, PEC, PBC) is mandatory

Printout of HEC online application form
Academic transcripts & certificates (attested)
Copy of CNIC
Motivation letter, recommendation letters
Medical certificate & police clearance (≤ 6 months old)
For employed applicants: No Objection Certificate
For doctoral applicants: Master’s dissertation/thesis & PhD proposal
