Eligibility Criteria
Must have completed all requirements for an undergraduate degree by August 1, 2026. There are no restrictions on the field of undergraduate study.
Applicants must be at least 18 but not yet 29 years of age as of August 1, 2026.

English Language Proficiency: Non-native English speakers must demonstrate proficiency through one of the following standardized tests:
TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 100
IELTS: Minimum score of 7
Cambridge English: Advanced (C1) or Proficiency (C2): Minimum score of 185
Duolingo English Test: Minimum score of 130
This requirement is waived for applicants who have studied in English for at least two years at the undergraduate or graduate level.
Scholarship Coverage
- For the Interview, the program will provide economy class airfare or train fare and one night in a hotel, if needed

Three Letters of Recommendation from individuals who can attest to the applicant’s qualifications
A short video (maximum of one minute) introducing the applicant
